Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with LOFI Vibez. The following outlines the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We pay for standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $99 after coupon and discount codes are applied. No code necessary once the order exceeds $99. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you choose.
Fulfillment & Shipping Times
- Orders are shipped out within 1–3 business days.
- We ship Monday through Friday
- Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
- Excludes federal holidays
- To ensure delivery of your order on time, changes cannot be guaranteed for orders after they are placed. Please carefully review all orders before placing them to verify that your address and other information are correct.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the carrier’s website.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Issues
LOFI Vibez is not responsible for delays or obstructions beyond its reasonable control. LOFI Vibez does not assume responsibility for lost packages, regardless of whether tracking information states that a package was delivered, meaning the preferred courier service successfully delivered the package to the intended address. In the case that a package is sent to a seemingly incorrect address, the customer will assume responsibility for the cost of re-shipping if the address was originally provided by said customer.
If you are missing an item from your order or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@lofivibez.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
Our customer service team will be glad to assist with any issues, please allow 24 hours for a response. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 11 AM to 5PM EST.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and free of any damage or defects caused by the customer.
- A return must be initiated (contact support) within 7 days of the delivered date as indicated by the carrier.
Refund Policy:
We will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days after our verification of any returned product, but we do not guarantee that refunds will be processed within this time period. Refunds to your original payment method will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card or other payment method statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not currently available. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
